Chef Nancy León
Chef Nancy León is the queen of delicious Asian fusion in Baja California, Mexico. She got her start studying at The Art Institute of California and working at the W Hotel in San Diego, California. Later Chef León worked as a sous chef at Delirio in La Jolla. After many years of experience in the kitchen, she embraced her heritage and created Chan’s Bistro in Tijuana in 1998. Chan’s serves diverse traditional, flavorful, and elegant Chinese cuisine, and is a Baja favorite.
